years of Admissions experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Knowledge of Medicare requirements and insurance providers (e.
g.
, Medicare rules PDPM, HMO rules:
RUGS II & III, Medicare prescription plans) Familiarity with EMR software systems Understanding of CMS guidelines, DOH regulations, and all insurances Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred:
Relationships with New Jersey Hospitals Preferred knowledge of PCC/ PTS/ Census Pro Job Duties:
