The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly welcome Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify and update patient insurance information Manage patient charts and electronic records Handle patient payments and insurance claims Assist with other administrative duties as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dental software a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education.
