Responsibilities:

o Process all transactions in the ERP system (Picking, Transfers, Reporting Goods as Finished) Ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained accurately.
Evaluate inventory needs and implement strategies to meet those needs.
Ensures the Cycle Counting program to ensure all parts in inventory are counted in regular intervals.
To take care of the inventory areas by organizing and maintaining efficient material handling and storage.
Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory.
Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure the accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to another.
Monitor the work of all inventory control personnel.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
Manage all communication with the inventory control manager and make recommendations to the same if required.
Monitor all inventory control processes and document all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
Enter material into inventory Transfer inventory material Remove items from inventory when requested.
Print labels for Quality Control Coordinate receiving Incoming material from vendors.
Closing Production Orders on the Molding Floor Directly work with Engineering on processing engineering-controlled orders Minimum Educational Qualifications (If Applicable):
High school diploma Minimum Previous Experience (If Applicable):
2 years inventory management or warehouse experience preferred Minimum Additional Training (If Applicable):

Microsoft Office includes word and excel.
